The most popular request from YPO Forums is a customized retreat. Forums that are operating well - and who know there is a next level - benefit from this focused working retreat. Based on your common experiences, situations and goals, the group outlines a theme to explore. I then send a confidential questionnaire and use all forum members' responses to tailor the exercises, facilitated conversations and processes. I take responsibility for the entirety of the working agenda.
After the retreat, forums say that they are finally able to have the conversations they wanted to have and explore topics they previously avoided. Through my guidance of the retreat process, the forum grows as a safe, intimate community where members can safely share the meaningful issues in their lives. Often members - and the entire forum - experience major breakthroughs in their lives.
Customized retreats range from 1 to 3 days. Most forums request a 2-day retreat.
